Raliegh, Knoxville, Nashville, Richmond, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Atlanta, Virginia Beach, Lexington, Little Rock, Columbia, Wilmington, Huntsville, Greenboro, Charleston, Lynchburg, Savannah, Jackson, Kingsport, Fayetteville & most of Florida are all southern cities that rank much better than we do. We've gone core-city, non-profit & the other cities have concentrated on more vital economic development best practices things .....

After moving from the Raleigh, NC area where I worked as an IT manager at a major telecommunications company, is it any wonder why I am NOT looking for a job in Chattanooga! I might be able to find a similar job here, but I'm sure it would be at half the salary and I would not be happy.
