Is anyone old enough to remember Dannon's Prune Whip flavor yogurt? This was back when the stuff was in BIG wax containers. It wasn't my favorite flavor, or even in the top 5 but on my last trip to the grocery store I found Activia in a prune flavor. One taste instantly transported me back about 40 years. That stuff is yummy!* ...now if only they'd bring back Coffee flavor. I can't seem to find it anywhere! *The look on my husband's face when he read the label was also priceless...

I might be that old but I don't remember the stuff.
Am planning to try the Activa just so I can say I've eaten prune yogurt!
R-B admittedly weird

Prune-whipped yogurt: keeps you running for more. That was hillarious I can't honestly say I have had a prune before.....but, might try it in yogurt. What exactly does prune yogurt taste like in relation to other yogurts?

It really does taste very much like raspberry. I think they add food coloring to make it more "pink" than "dark purple," which is what you'd expect the color to be.

"Prune Whip"
It just sounds so creepily perverted, or possibly pervertedly creepy.
Some people will put anything in their mouths.

I'm thinking of changing my name to PruneDeer. Do you think Dannon will pay me to promote their product??

Oh god.....as a child prunes or prune juice was threatened if I didn't eat enough veggies or fruit to have enough bm to suit my mother /rolls eyes and yogurt is just urk... /shudder You can have it all to yourself hun. As to coffee yogurt our grocery store brand has coffee yogurt-it's the only one Ares will eat.
