I saw the midnight premier of Harry Potter because I have friends and family that care about it. I don't. I was just as underwhelmed as I have been with all the others I've seen on DVD. Transformers and Live Free or Die Hard were great, as were the rented Smoking Aces and Shooter.

We watched Black Snake Moan last night. I didn't want to see it but Joe did. I ended up liking it. Metaphors galore ... titillating too. I forgot about Justin Timberlake being in it. He did a decent job. He nailed the Southern boy accent and attitude.

The Simpson's Movie!
It was actually pretty good, but you would enjoy it more if you are a Simpson's fan.

I saw the Number 23 today. I liked it. It was a very interesting movie. I really dig those type of thrillers. A lot of very nice imagery on the film noir scenes.

"Tight Teen Tails 5."
Not as good as 4, but some of the DP was impressive. The name is a bit of a misnomer, however.

Hairspray and it is AWESOME! Saw that one Sunday. It ROCKED! I've still got that 'You can't stop the Beat' running through my head. What a little bombshell that Nikki Blonski is! As the 'new kid', she's not getting alot of press even though she plays the lead, but she knocked my socks off. What a voice! The rest were amazing, but I expected no less than perfection from the all star supporting cast.

Watched Zodiac last night and enjoyed it but my DVD re-winder is broke so I can't return it now without paying the damn re-wind fee.

Watched Zodiac last night and enjoyed it but my DVD re-winder is broke so I can't return it now without paying the damn re-wind fee. Just turn it backwards with your finger-should only take 4 or 5 hours.

If you like the tv show, you'll like the movie. There were several LMFAO scenes. "Pee-Wee Herman" makes an appearance as Terry's dad. The bonus features on the dvd are great.

300 and Pathfinder.
300 was great while Pathfinder was good, but not one of those you say "I have to add that to my DVD collection.

Little Miss Sunshine-a wonderful movie I totally agree! My spouse & I nearly fell off of the sofa, laughing. Loved the family's support of the little girl. It brought to mind any number of my family's road trips when I was growing up.

Last night Bloodhound and I went to see The Bourne Ultimatum. It was a worthy addition to the series and while it was not as good as the original film it was much better than Supremacy. Edge-of-your-seat action and suspense from start to finish.
Three thumbs up! Oh wait....that one is my penis.

Shooter...was a great movie...
We also started watching Dead Silence...but I told Jeremy that if had to do with dolls I was not interested.....it was a totally stupid movie to start out...when the sound effects are straight out of a Friday the 13th movie...you know it is gonna be bad...so I convinced him to rent Happy Feet and was ever so glad that I did....

300 is on PPV now for 3.99 on Directv. I would like to order it but, don't know when I have time to watch it.
I saw "Raising Helen" the other day because my tivo picked it for me. It was a chick flick but, not too bad.
Saw "Little Miss Sunshine" too had the same little girl in both movies.

I watched "Bridge On the River Kwai" earlier today....one of my favorie movies. (Although now every time I watch it, I can't help but think that Obi-Wan used his Jedi powers to survive the "hot box" punishment.)

Today I saw Stardust. I was impressed. Very good film.
I saw that one the day it came out. It was very good. Robert De Niro was a hoot. I'd recommend it. Watched Children of Men with Clive Owen DON"T waste your time. Sucked badly.
