If any arachnophobia got past the title, it's their own darn fault.
But those pics were kind of icky.

Technically, those Daddy Long Legs aren't spiders though they do deserve a warning. They're a related species called Harvestmen, and they do bite. I've been bitten a couple of time when sitting on the ground gardening, and it feels about like a mosquito bite.

He's adorable.
Daddy long legs-hate them. Always have-stumbling bumbling leggy beasts that don't do much of ANYTHING but hang around in corners-kill on sight in my house.
Most especially when a certain young (well not so young now) boy shrieks from the bathroom for his Mommy cause a "stupid spiders watching him go to the bathroom"
Clearly spiders lurk in bathrooms just to watch young children relieve themselves /sigh

I have a family of long legs in my shower every now and then. I don't mind them.

My shower occasionally has cellar spiders, and I find them really creepy.

The poisonous Daddy Long Legs are different; there is a spider known as Daddy Long Legs that is poisonous, but only mildly and poses no threat to humans.

My shower occasionally has cellar spiders, and I find them really creepy. Never heard called that... Cave Crickets is the popular term here. I think they are escaped mutants from some genetics lab.

I found this little bitch in my garage in Gulf Shores, about 6 months after I left Chattanooga. Yes, that is what you think it is next to her, dead in the web. For reference, when I took this picture, she was about 2 inches from tip to tip. Shortly after I saw this picture, I saw 3 egg sacs and a second black widow in the same nest. I had little choice but to kill her after that. So, I went and got the biggest nastiest can of spider-specific bug spray I could find, and coated the entire orb web. All it did was piss her off. I literally had to hold the can on her spraying her until she was so gummed up she couldn't move. Yes, I was screaming like a girl until that point. Bite me. Three days latter she was back in the fucking web! It took her a solid week to die. I hate spiders. Really. Fuckers! Crash

I don't own any guns, but if the spray didn't work, I sure as hell know how to whip up a batch of instant-napalm Crash

Gasoline and Styrofoam makes one hell of a good approximation.
