The Mark Kelly Hall Christmas Ensemble, with singer/songwriter Mark Kelly Hall and featuring John Lathim and Michelle Young, will bring a holiday mix of original tunes and “songs you already like” to the Acoustic Café in Ringgold, GA, on Friday, December 14. The family-friendly acoustic show will feature a blend of blues, pop, folk, country...and NO matching outfits...and will start at 7 pm. Admission is a paltry $5; however, any audience members finding themselves racked with guilt at any point in the evening over paying so little to see such an enjoyable show will be allowed to tip, with no questions asked.
The Acoustic Café is conveniently located near the Ringgold/Lafayette exit off of I-75, and offers a menu of sandwiches, sides and more. For info and directions go to ringgoldacoustic.com or call 706-965-2065.
Bring donations to put in the collection boxes for Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and for Tennessee Baptist Children's Home. Toys for Tots will accept new, unwrapped toys. Tennessee Baptist Children's Home needs clothing, including shoes and coats, for children ages 5-18.
Mark Kelly Hall's songs reflect the spiritual heritage of the Bible-belt South, combined with a lifelong fascination with American pop culture. Since college, church-related volunteer work has taken him and his guitar to Puerto Rico, Harlem, Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest, Minsk and, most recently, South Africa. He has performed in various local venues including Riverbend, the Southern Belle and several now-defunct coffeehouses whose closing was not related to his performances.

John Lathim performs a unique acoustic blend of mountain music with Scottish & Irish roots showing. His songs tell of rural life of the farmer, the traveling vagabond and the minstrel, weaving stories of the pioneers and days gone by. John also sings about the working class culture and social issues.

All three are originally from the Chattanooga area, and Hall is now based in Nashville. (No, he hasn’t been on the TV show yet, but it did get renewed for a full season, so there’s still hope).
