The name CARTA stood out in my mind as I scrolled through the list. Why so many and so much? I don’t get it.

Just wonder what the benefit packages look like as compared to private sector. My guess the cost is about half again as much as the salaries.

Well, since the 'benefit package' of most all rank and file Hamilton County employees just got slashed by $4,000 at a greater cost, I'm thinking we are now lower than most private sector employees of equal rank, experience and training.
