They have been on for 30 minutes. Not sure how it will turn out. They are pork loin ribs. They have about another hour at a bit less than 300 degrees.
I've never made ribs this way. I've always done it the cheater way. Drop them in boiling water and then after they are cooked searing them on a grill with the sauce on them.
I know this will be much better, I've just never had the proper equipment to cook ribs on the grill.

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,? How'd they turn out. I have grilled/BBQd on many contraptions but never one of those Eggs.

The ribs were really good. The green egg is an awesome grill/smoker. It is so easy to adjust the heat in the thing and keep it very consistent. You can also cook pizza in the thing if you buy a pizza stone. I've also done steaks in it and they were a perfect mid-rare ( you can get the thing upto 700 degrees easy!) I've also smoke a whole chicken. Oh that was so so good. It only takes a handful of wood too.
