I look pretty young, but I'm just back-dated.

This morning I broke the "dairy fast" that I started in Feb at the beginning of Lent. It was a 40-day experiment to see if curtailing most milk, cheese, cream and ice cream from my diet would have a beneficial effect. I'm sort of relieved to say it had no effect whatsoever. If anything, I put on a pound or two, and noticed no change in my health one way or the other. May have shaved a few bucks off the grocery bill, but that's it.
So it's back to Sonic and the cheese aisle, yay!!

I don't do milk, cream, or ice cream, but cheese is another story. I don't eat meals...just snacks, and most of what I eat is cheese and fruit...washed down with a little chardonay some nights. Love cheese! When I quit eating meat about 15 years ago, the weight fell off. I probably eat enought cheese to make up for the fat and calories in the meat! Now that I think of it, I'll bring some cheese and crackers to the notta party Saturday!

Soda and chocolate are the two biggest factors in my weight changes. If I drop both and go to water and crackers I can shave 5 honest lbs in 8 days.

I just don't eat much and try to stay off the couch. I'm back to my target weight if my scale is accurate. If not than I'm still well within a healthy range for my height.

My problem is I just like eating too much. And, I thus like eating huge quantities of food.... I'm also really lazy! Heh
