Diet Coke Plus (w/ vitamins and minerals)

While walking though Bilo in the soda aisle, I found this little gem..

Very interesting..

Nutrition facts per can:

Niacin 25%

Vitamin B6 25%

Vitamin B12 25%

Magnesium 15%

Zinc 15%


Sooo, all I need to do is drink 4 cans per day and I get 100% of several B Vitamins

Since I don't know much about vitamins.. I looked up what B vitamins are good for.

"These vitamins are essential for:"

* The breakdown of fats and proteins (which aids the normal functioning of the nervous system)

I tried one, Jay-figured I might as well get some sort of nutrition out of my Diet Coke habit! But you're right, the amt of vitamins in minimal PLUS I think it tastes funny....

If I wanted to take vitamins I'd pop a few in the tablet form and take them with the Diet Coke on ice with rum....

I never said I liked "diet" mixed with my rum... just if there was no other choice. Cause' hell... you do away with all the points of drinking "diet" to begin with by the time you dump in the rum!
