If anyone has any good links to some low fat, low sodium recipes I would greatly appreciate them. The AHA is ok... but so far, some of the most flavorful I have found have been from Kraftfoods.com. Also, can anyone tell me a place wher I can buy herbs to grow in a window box. Thanks everyone.

You can get just about any herbs/seeds at Wal-Mart....and they're on clearance.

Try the Cooking Light website. It's published by Southern Living. It's also a monthly magazine.

I have had to watch my sodium intake for the past few years. Low sodium cooking web site has been great for me and they have a monthly mailing. Also they will take recipies from you as well. www.lowsodiumcooking.com/free/Archive.htm
