posted March 27, 2007 Prosecutor Bill Hall told a Criminal Court jury on Tuesday that a man facing trial for two aggravated sexual battery counts has a "foot fetish." The prosecutor started his opening statement by reciting the poem "This Little Piggy Went To Market." He said he used that poem with his children, but he said James Rayburin (Beleg Cuthalion) had other ideas on the poem. The defendant pleaded not guilty, and defense attorney Christian Coder said the statements of two children were the only proof the state has. Prosecutor Hall said Cuthalion grabbed the feet of one of the girls and pulled them to his groin area before she pulled away. |

What was he doing, visiting such websites with minors around? Sounds like he was trying to pique their interest.

A Criminal Court jury on Wednesday night convicted a man facing trial for two aggravated sexual battery counts of only one lesser charge. James Rayburn (Beleg Cuthalion), who police say admitted he has a "foot fetish," was found guilty of assault on one of the cases. Judge Rebecca Stern threw out the other case after the public defender's office pointed out that the defense was told the alleged incident happened in early June 2004.
