At first, Turney was suspended without pay for ten months, then it was overturned. This week, the suspension was restored. Turney has served all ten months of his suspension. "I was pretty happy when I heard that," said Helen Childs. She said her 15-year-old son Paul was the light of her life. "It gave me a little, some closure and more justice."
