I see a power/telephone easement to the street, but where's the vehicular access?

This lot is behind our old house. When I pulled the parcel map, I am sure that she told me that is was. We did a tiny bit clearing on the lot. Mostly so we could have a few bon fires. Nice view of mountains in the winter- I think it would be even better year 'round after building. Any hoo...just thought I would throw it out there in case anyone is interested.

Yeah, power and telephone easements don't necessarily cover access. An access easement may be implied in the paperwork (not having access I can't say) but it isn't clear from this plat map.

From what the lady at the courthouse told me, I am quite sure it is both. Easy enough for someone to check if they are interested though.
