Last cd I bought was The Almost-while I'm not into the religious crap on a few songs I do enjoy most of the cd. At the moment however the only thing I'm listening to is the jangle of my earrings as this stupid pigeon pecks them-followed by him cooing his little I think I'm such a bad ass for beating up those stupid earrings coo he does-oh and of course there is that god forsaken blue jay outside shrieking.....I think he's saying something about how he'd like me to pop his noisy head clean off his body.

Some indy prog rock downloaded free from CNet music. Most is crap, but a few are quite good. Look for a track called Boon Ding.

Stephen Stills-Just Roll Tape: April 26th, 1968 [LIVE] Awesome Cd. It is great to hear some of the most classic CSN&Y songs in their earliest stages. Stills is not my favorite member but, he brought a lot of great songs to the band. Especially Helplessly hoping and Wooden ships.
Does anyone know the group that is in the Ipod? Verizon? I am not sure what is advertised but, you can see the group in a video on its display. It is a female singer and she has a huge chorus behind her she almost has a Bjork sounding voice. She was on Letterman recently but, I can't find their name on his site or the tv site. I would love to check out all their stuff they sound cool.

Thanks Snark. David Letterman has had awesome musical guests lately IMO but, I can never find a decent site that lists his recent past guests and then when they do it's been so long I forget which night they were on. I am going to have to check out their latest cd.

Currently I'm listening to agitated pigeon cooing-having finished chasing off the boy from his personal space.

The Songs of Leonard CohenAh you hate to see another tired man lay down his hand like he was giving up the holy game of poker And while he talks his dreams to sleep you notice there's a highway that is curling up like smoke above his shoulder. It is curling just like smoke above his shoulder. —The Stranger Song

Amy Winehouse's new album, "Frank".
Awesome, although it would be better if I were in a dark smoky jazz bar with some really good bourbon...
