That place seems awfully small for a BW3. The one downtown is moving, though.

According to BWW website, the only new one in town is going to be the one downtown at 120 Market Street, where the carwash used to be next door to Cheeburger and Ghengis Grill.
Place on Highway 153 is further along and still no indication of what it's going to be.
