Has anyone tried these pizza places? I was told there are two locations. I would appreciate any opinion, please!

But Davino's in Cleveland (TN) is worth the trip.

If you look for reviews on line it seems to be a mixed bag of good pizza and bad service. I've been intrigued as what they are describing sounds like St. Louis style pizza.

I've eaten there a couple times and like the selection of sauces and toppings you can combine and they have a decent beer selection...the service isn't that great but it's not the worst I've seen...

I like it okay. Their buffet is better than CiCi's and they have a good selection of other pizza and beer. It's run by the same guys who run Aretha Frankenstein's and has the same retro pop culture vibe to it. The two locations are Red Bank across from Waffle House and Broad Street at the foot of the mountain. Both are pretty decent, but I still like Lupi's better.

IMHO if you want decent pizza in Chattanooga your choices are; Lupis, The Terminal, Mellow Mushroom or Big River. The pizza at Big River is one of the best things on the menu, however the beer sucks across the board.

Thanks for the replies. One more question, are the various sauces at Crust Pizza named for local celebs? Just curious.

I must be a minority here! I only have been to Crust one time, but it was really good. I am a fan of thin crust pizza though. I also like the beer at Big River too!

If you want a good pizza place try Fat Daddy's near the Rave Theater. I know people from New York & they were literally ecstatic at trying it because it's the closest to New York Pizza in Chattanooga. Rosselli's off Ooltewah-Ringold Rd near the Bilo is also great. They apparently aren't quite as close to the real NY style but they are delicious!! The owner is very nice.
