I was tempted to try to make these for you and Lee but I know from having a gluten house and such that my entire kitchen and such is contaimenated with it so I didn't want to risk making them here. I at some point in the future will get the ingredients for this and find somewhere I can make these for you and Lee. because it seems like that would be fun and i even have a vaccum seeler that I could seel baggies of them for both of you if we made alot of them.
It is probably a well known resource for folks who need such but I thought I'd share it here in case it is an unknown.
JiT "Our culture has accepted two huge lies. The first is that if you disagree with someone's lifestyle, you must fear them or hate them. The second is that to love someone means that you agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense. You don't have to compromise convictions to be compassionate." ~Rick Warren
The Fox and Hen on Hwy 58 offers gluten free items. Not sure how far they go to keep from getting cross contamination. I can recommend their normal menu items, though. Very good, and good sized portions (unless you can eat like me, don't order a whole steak sub). A tad pricey, but worth it.
They always mean beautiful things like hummingbirds. I always reply by saying that I think of a little child in east Africa with a worm burrowing through his eyeball. The worm cannot live in any other way, except by burrowing through eyeballs. I find that hard to reconcile with the notion of a divine and benevolent creator.
