www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Gluten-Free-Perogies-199482I was tempted to try to make these for you and Lee but I know from having a gluten house and such that my entire kitchen and such is contaimenated with it so I didn't want to risk making them here. I at some point in the future will get the ingredients for this and find somewhere I can make these for you and Lee. because it seems like that would be fun and i even have a vaccum seeler that I could seel baggies of them for both of you if we made alot of them.

While searching for recipes for homemade energy bars and energy gel I came across this site: www.elanaspantry.com/It is probably a well known resource for folks who need such but I thought I'd share it here in case it is an unknown.

There is an article with resources/recipes for gluten-free diets in today's newspaper insert called "Relish." Bread & brownies, as I remember.

The Fox and Hen on Hwy 58 offers gluten free items. Not sure how far they go to keep from getting cross contamination. I can recommend their normal menu items, though. Very good, and good sized portions (unless you can eat like me, don't order a whole steak sub). A tad pricey, but worth it.
