I know the area pretty well and I don't think its around here. its not the W or suck creek rd or ochs or scenic highway.
might it be going up one of the mountains north of soddy?

I've never traveled it or seen it.
I'm thinking maybe the Blue Ridge Parkway?

Nope. Some Yankee probably posted it. Those folks consider anything north of Atlanta and south of Nashville as 'Chattanooga' just because they enjoy slaughtering the pronunciation of it. I've driven on every road in Hamilton County and that one ain't one of 'em.

For a minute there I thought it might be Dougherty Gap over off W. Cove Rd in Georgia, but no.

I know it ain't around here...... A road like they in this area with THAT much traffic, an accident re-creator would more than likely have a back log longer than that road with as many twists and turns.

Looks an awful lot like the highway East from Cleveland, TN as you are headed toward Murphy, NC.

That's not 64 or the Dragon's Tail. Both have a few steep curves but nothing like that. I don't think either has any switchbacks.

Was gonna guess Cherohula Skyway, from Tellico Plains to Robinsonville, NC. It is full of switchbacks.
