We had Chicken Marsala with angel hair pasta tonight. But is was a "box" dinner (just add chicken) with some "wine" in a little plastic pouch. It was more like "Chicken Mar-sort-of" but tasted OK.

I've been making 'Tomato & Cheese' sandwiches for lunch at least once a week. Whole wheat bread, diced tomatoes and basil and/or oregano from my container garden, aged white cheddar cheese on top. Toasted until it's all melty and a little golden around the edges. YUMMY!

Bacon and tomato sandwiches. (Lettuce is just a bit too pretentious, don't you think?) Turkey bacon with those orange/yellow tomatoes and a dab of Miracle Whip on whole wheat. Should've toasted the bread, though.

Bacon and tomato sandwiches. I do not think that is weird at all. I eat bacon & cucumber sandwiches with mayo & black pepper, thats yummy!

Miracle Whip should never be put on a sandwich. Doing so is an abomination. It says right on the container... salad dressing (and not a good one, at that).

I disagree. It is much better than mayonnaise....french for crappy salad dressing.
