Niedlov’s Breadworks, Chattanooga’s only organic, artisan bread bakery will celebrate the official Grand Opening of its new bakery-café at 215 East Main Street on Friday morning, April 27, at 10:30 a.m.
The first bakery doors were opened in 2002 by bread makers John and Angela Sweet, who had a passion for providing organic, handcrafted, artisan breads to the Chattanooga area. Their message of “better bread, better life”, comes from their belief that bread was once the fortifying substance needed and desired for sustaining health and well being.
They have spent the past five years "earning a well-established reputation for creating healthy, organic, world class breads with a combination of artistry and craftsmanship."
