:(So is this place gone for good ? We went a few weeks ago for the Beer and a Burger special......I thought the burger was very good. With decent fries and a pint of Dead Guy Ale. All this for just $ 5.00....We tried to go back tonight and the place looks deserted. Perhaps it was too good to be true ?

To good to be true...thats funny
there was a warrent for the guys arrest before he ever even started. He never had a wine or beer license and got busted..now there are two warrents. He owed Beasley distributing, Horizon beverage, state sales tax, liquor taxes all to the tune of over 80K. Jack ass worked for me three years ago, stole checks and forged them and lifted over 3000k in cash. He plead guilty in sessions court, received a pre trial diversion and probation. Violated probation by never paying us back...to good to be true my ass. I hope they catch him.

I am sorry for your loss... I will still miss the place....The fact remains, five bucks for a Great burger and a Great beer was a hell of a deal.

Well of course it was a hell of a deal if the guy wasn't concerned about paying his suppliers. You obviously don't get the fact that you were in receipt of stolen goods for eating there.
Are you familiar with the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"?
Sheesh.
