They've been 'full service' for quite some time.
The rice is sometimes crunchy, but most times not. I used to eat there quite a bit and it seemed like every now and then it would sag in quality and then rebound.
The mustard has always been awesome, and you can buy that shit by the pint there. (You get it in styrofoam container, but they sell it in pints.)

Redneck Asian food.
I dated a chick from over-tha-seas and her family makes this redneck asian food look like a government experiment.
Good shit.

If the rice is crunchy, it might not be rice. Could be the rat turds from the sewage creek that runs near it.
Seriously, was great at the Kays Kastle building, but went downhill fast after the move. I can buy better in the freezer section at ,y local Sav-A-Lot.

Hit Teriyaki House tonight.
Kinda like the remodeling, but it seems darker inside now.
The wait staff is obviously still learning how to properly be 'full service' but the rice was excellent.

I picked up some take-out from there tonight. First time I've been since they have remodeled. It looks really good. Food was good (including the rice & veggies) - Staff was friendly and helpful. I think I ate way too much though!! Wish I'd have saved room for a banana split...YUMMY!
