I went to the combo KFC/ Long John Silvers on Hwy 58 and was pleasantly surprised at the good service I got there. The employees were all 16-25 year old kids. The order taker was very pleasant and attentive. The food preparers were all busy doing something. The food was cooked and ready in about 5 minutes. These guys looked like they were working well together as a team. When it slowed down a bit, they would relax and talk to each other but when a customer came in, they immediately went to work. Maybe these guys could teach other local fast food employees how to do it.

Thanks for pointing out a good thing somewhere. So many times, we point out the bad and forget to mention where we got good service, etc.
While it appears these kids have been taught a thing or two about work ethic, good management is important. More often than not, I've noticed that at an establishment I've received less than stellar service, the manager is nowhere to be seen or walks around looking like they just don't give a crap. BE AN EXAMPLE!
