If I liked IPA's I would, but I don't. Maybe someone that does will enjoy the tip. I did have a Delirium Tremons yesterday, though.

Whatever I see what is on tap or on the menu determines what I'll have. Usually the choices I like are a Belgian White Wheat, a Lager, an Amber or a Black and Tan. But if the restaurant has a Hefeweizen I'll start with that.

Does anyone remember HopPocket Ale? One of the first aggressivly hoped beers from the East Coast. Made in VA just outside DC, I think it became available in GA 5 or 6 years ago. I know it's an old post, but I just wanted to comment that Tuppers Hop Pocket Ale & Keller Pils have made a return to the Georgia market and both are available at Beverage World in Fort O. Both are excellent brews and some of the most heavy-duty examples of their respective styles that I've had. You better like your hops though...

Holmes liqour at the Rocky Face exit has started carrying Avery Brewing, Founders, Smuttynose and Bells Brewing beer. The selection is a ton improved if you are down that way and want beer. It is just off of I-75 at the Rocky Face exit across from Los Pablo Mexican Restaurant

Better gluten free beer than Redbridge, New Grist.
Of the three I've found available, they rank from worst to best:
Bards Redbridge New Grist.
yeah. I have a huge selection to choose from.

I heard yesterday that they are turning the old Pruett's on Cherokee into a brewery. Called Hallulaha Ale or something like that. I hope they will sell wine as well. That's a big space. Supposed to open in June!? Haven't seen much activity there lately. They have something on facebook.
