Gentle reader,
The kittens are ready Wednesday July 16th, 2008.
They have been raised indoors and under foot. They have been wormed (by a Veterinarian, not with off the shelf stuff) but they have not had shots. This is due to the fact that different vets use different meds and we did not want to lock anyone into a particular inoculation regimen. They are litter trained and have never been outside other than a kitty carrier to the vet and back. They have also been treated with Frontline.
May I suggest that they (especially the males) be fixed well before 6 months old. Males neutered late will continue to spray once they have started. These kittens have not started to spray.
For genetic reasons Manx on Manx cats should not breed so we ask that this be considered by anyone who may want 2 kittens.
These kittens are very powerful for their size; a kitty carrier for the trip home will avoid unnecessary bloodshed and perhaps stitches should they kick out with their back legs on the walk to and from the car. I speak from experience.
They are eating both canned Fancy Feast and dry food (Kitten Chow, Purina Naturals, Fancy Feast Dry, Science Diet, and a few others we obtained as samples or free bags).
They are shorthairs so problems with hairballs should be minimal.
We have a couple of extra litter boxes should anyone need one to take home with their kitten.
Respectfully,
Mr. Manners

Gentle reader, These wonderful kittens are free to Forum members and folks they know (other than the costs associated with having a cat as member of your family). $300 to Atlanta folks who find them in the Atlanta Journal Constitution ad and drive up to pay for them. "Bear" kitty has already been promised to Bob. Oh, something I forgot earlier when I edited my original posting in this thread; "Peep" kitty might possibly be mistaken for a Bobcat by the uninformed neighbor due to her markings and bob tail. She might do well with a pink collar if she is allowed outside. Respectfully, Mr. Manners

I'll vouch for Mr. & Mrs. Manners!!! They raise very healthy, sweet kittens. I got two of their kittens before Christmas. Mine are adorable I must admit.

Awww, that makes me want a kitty. Unfortunately, I don't think my Siamese would allow it.

Nana, did you get Peep? She's a sweetheart! I am trying. I am waiting on Mr. Manners to get back in touch with me. I want to get it for my Mom. She lives by her self and needs the company. She has outdoor cats but not an indoor cat. Her outdoor cats really, really don't belong inside. She knows nothing about this, so she will be so surprised. She has told me several times lately that she wished she had a cat for inside.

Been a manx owner my entire life. I love cats but I most especially love manx cats, their personalities are unlike any other critter I have ever known (and I've known a few...)
Please let me know asap which are left?
