Chattanooga Police were called to 525 Barton Ave this afternoon after receiving a call of an unconscious 3-yr-old.
According to investigators, the children of the home had been playing back and forth between theirs and a neighbor’s home. After a short time of playing, the parents went to check on the children at the neighbor’s house.
This is when it was discovered that the child was missing. After searching both residences, the boy was located on the back seat of the family car. It is believed that he’d been inside for at least 45 minutes.
The child was immediately taken to T.C. Thompson’s Children’s Hospital for treatment of severe heat exposure. He is currently listed in critical condition. The investigation into this incident will continue.

I wonder if this one's mom was on crack? There must be negligence found in places other than the Harriet Tubman Housing Development...
