Chattanooga Police were called out to 1801 Gunbarrel Road on a suspicious person call.
Police were advised that a white male wearing a blue/gray uniform was observed lurking in the area of the back parking lot. They said that the man ducked down behind an employee’s vehicle for several minutes, reappeared, and then ran off of the lot. Further inspection of the employee’s vehicle revealed a device that had been placed under the car toward the rear.
Members of the Chattanooga Police Department BOMB Squad responded to inspect and remove the device. Employees of the business were evacuated as a precaution while the device was removed and detonated. It was believed to be a GPS device and arson investigators will resume the investigation of the incident.
The owner of the vehicle, Shannon Boyd, was questioned to develop suspect leads. Investigators are looking into the possibility of it being her husband because of the physical description of the suspect. No charges have yet been filed.
Employees were allowed to return to work around 10:40 AM.

Apparently somebody besides hubby does, too.
We don't mind; it's good practice, and tearing other folk's stuff up is fun.
