12/08/08 According to Sgt. Mark Haskins of the CPD Regulatory Bureau, Saturday 6 December the Chattanooga Police Department Regulatory Bureau in conjunction with the Community Anti-drug Coalition across Hamilton County conducted a compliance check of Hamilton Place Mall area businesses. This check was to insure businesses are following local and state laws governing alcohol sales to underage persons. Twelve businesses were checked and nine passed. Three businesses sold to the underage buyer. The nine businesses which passed the check were: - Sticky Fingers 2031 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Big River Grille 2020 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Abuelo’s 2102 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- P.F. Chang’s 2110 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- El Meson 2204 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- J. Alexander’s 2215 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Red Lobster 2105 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Acropolis 2210 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Olive Garden 2200 Hamilton Place Blvd.
The three businesses which failed the check and sold to the underage buyer were: - Outback Steakhouse 2120 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- Fiesta Grill 2100 Hamilton Place
- Kampai of Tokyo 2200 Hamilton Place Blvd.
