WTF? Cops have imperfect kids? Who'da thunk it.
Next thing we know they will be getting divorces, filing bankruptcy, becoming depressed, getting medical problems and, god forbid, having the same problems other PEOPLE do.
Amazing.
Good thing we don't judge regular people on the actions of their adult offspring or anything.
I am just thankful wwjd has such a functional family, but then again we'd never know, would we?
We obviously need a Civilian Review Board to review this.

Robert T Douche went on a tangent about how the fact the two were related was sooo news worthy.......He continues to drum up the fire when there is no present need to do so.
So if a prominent doctor's kid (etc you get the idea) commits a crime is there a need to say the two are related???

If it were a dentist's (Bizzoco) kid, a lawyer's kid (Caputo), a nurse's kid (Badowski), A doctor's kid (Wojcik) or an engineer's kid (Badowski, again), it would be a news blurb at the top of the hour break on RTN's show and then forgotten.
Cops sell. Maybe that's why RTN loves us.
Go figure.

What each of these groups have in common is their outspoken condemnation of the behavior of others and the power to change the fortunes of the condemned.

Yep, and in your perfect little Utopian society, only perfect people, with perfect kids, can work as cops, judges, lawyers, doctors, politicians and preachers (or any other profession for that matter).
Brilliant concept. I can't wait for that to evolve.
Don't hold your breath. Well, you can try.

There's truth in the apple-tree concept, but not in the way it's referred to here. We hold those professions to a high standard, perhaps popo to the highest (or close). In doing so we wrongly expect the same "perfection" from the family.
It's obviously wrong to do so, but in the interest of real justice perhaps it's necessary to focus a bit. The fiaciaso surrounding Ruben Taylor is an example.
and for RTN.....such talk draws an audiance and that is what he gets paid to do.

I'm thankful too!! My kids are well behaved honor roll students and so far have never broken any law. Knock on wood. Me and my wife are very involved with our children which makes a difference. Being regular church attendees only helps. I hope and pray everyday they remain the great blessings and children they are.

So what many of you are saying is that it's OK to harass someones children because of their job or office? Paint it whatever color makes you feel good, but that's all you're doing.
Criminals or saints, on behalf of ALL those kids I toast a hearty 'Fuck Yourselves', personally.

Petition to reconsider: In the instant case, the adult kids ran afoul of the law presumably on their own. Making the connection to the high profile parent would be more of a harassment of the parents than the kids.

Nearly 30 years old. HARDLY a kid.
