This would be worth going back to school for, class credits for road tripping and eating at Bar B Que joints along the way, www.southernbbqboys.com. Anyone ever ate at "Big Bob Gibsons Bar B Que" in Decatur Alabama? Supposed to be famous for it's White Bar B Que sauce, isn't there another place around Gadsen or Anniston that is famous for white bar b que sauce???

They used to sell the Bob Gibson sauce at the Wal Mart on Gunbarrel. Much better on chicken than pork.

"all bbq taste the same "
Bryan reveals himself as illiterate and lacking any knowledge of good barbeque in one (kinda) sentence. Jeeeeez.

My father's family lives in Decatur. Every year the family reunion included Gibson's BBQ. I grew up on white sauce and prefer it to the red stuff any day. I will still stop by Gibson's when ever I am near enough to Decatur to make the detour. White Sauce Rocks!!

I've eaten at Big Bob's and it is good BBQ. I really like their white sauce.
I prefer whole hog BBQ though and it is hard to find. There are still a few joints in West Tn where you can get it.
