Stealing a car & robbery-related charges? What's the big deal? Just a few rites of passage activities thugs-in-training are expected to perform before they graduate into the adult system where they'll receive 4, 5, perhaps as many as 15 freebies like pre-trial diversions, charges dropped entirely, probation without serving a minute behind bars, suspended sentences -- these juveniles probably already know through their criminal networks that crime in Chattanooga pays....
In the meantime, let's all rally to make sure these thugs regularly attend their zoned public skool -- missing skool is a serious issue; we want & need street thugs & should-be criminals in skool because that way (wink, wink), they won't be causing trouble, carrying weapons, committing felonies -- they'll be studiously studying to become tomorrow's leaders, movers & shakers ....

Who knows, they might be president one day, or at least one of his top advisors, like rezko and bill ayers.

Good work.
All juveniles do not go on to be career criminals. If any do it is too many, but at least give most juveniles a chance and not always presume the worst in the view of those on this board.
