Last night around 11:30 Chattanooga Police were called to 3929 Webb Oaks (Highway 58 area) on a home invasion, upon the officers arrival he found a black male lying in the living room apparently deceased suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. According to a bystander a second victim had been transported to the hospital by private vehicle. Witnesses told the officers they heard several gunshots.
Investigators responded to Erlanger Hospital and spoke with the second victim who stated it was a robbery that had gone bad.
Major Crimes Investigators are conducting their investigation and there is no other information that can be released.
Suspect info is limited and the victim’s identity is not being released at this time.
As soon as more becomes available it will be released.

Chattanooga Major Crimes Investigators have arrested Dexter Talley 28 of Chattanooga and charged him with Felony Murder; 2 counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery and one count of Attempted First-degree Murder, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault in connection with the murder robbery that occurred at 3929 Webb Oak Cts, Saturday night.
Investigators have identified Robert Henry Brown VI, 33 of Chattanooga who is also known as ‘Brikk” in the rap group PineyWoods as the victim who sustained fatal gunshot wounds to the chest, he died at the scene, Josquin Jackson 44 of Richmond California, the second victim is critical but stable condition at an area hospital.

Brown had just signed a recording deal with Universal and had finished a song with Lil Wayne. He was really on the way up in the music world. Very tragic.

I believe the producer who signed him was the injured victim. There's a Hummer with California tags parked in the driveway.

The "suspect" has been involved in similar escapades not so long ago. surely you are mistaken... a previoius incident and he's free to perform such a deed. ??. not with the system of justice in Hamilton County.. must be someone who looked like him
