Written by Hellcat You know, one of my most common mistakes within the local music scene is overlooking the youngsters. The newbies, if you will. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not quite a geriatric myself, being a twentysomething, but I often forget those just-now-blossoming youths that might not be old enough to be in my typical venue range. I recently was drawn to a local band called Infinite Orange, due to the fact that they have two summer shows posted up on their myspace page, and those shows are Riverbend and Nightfall. Hmm. If there is a band in Chattanooga that can land those local festival favorites, then why don’t I know about them? Who are they? What is their story? The answer to this is simply that they are young and not allowed a very large slate of options of places to play. By young, I mean just turned 18 years old and just graduated from high school this month from the esteemed Soddy-Daisy High School. I know, that’s so young, right? chattanoogapulse.com/music/music-feature/infinite-summer-music/
