The question:
"If I don't elect to get television, telephone or broadband services when fiber is installed in my area (Red Bank) but change my mind a year later, will I be charged for equipment or fiber (or anything else) installation?"
The answer:
"Customers will not be charged for installation or equipment; they will only be charged for the services they sign up for, when they decide to sign up. So if you don't choose to sign up for services in Red Bank for several years, you'll still only pay for the services you sign up for. Thanks, Lacie."
How dare she end a sentence with a preposition like in the one above.
Lacie, if you read this, I'm just teasing. I have often ended a sentence with a proposition.

"I have often ended a sentence with a proposition."
Ironically, many of Yoda's sentences began with a proposition as well.
