There's already more dvd kiosks than there are dvd rental stores, and Netflix's CEO said DVD kiosks are his main worry. The DVD kiosk at the Bilo by my house rents dvds for $1 per day. Can't beat that if you like to rent dvds. I currently use Netflix to get blurays, but aren't too happy that they're going to raise the monthly price for people who rent blurays..

Yeah - Blockbusters are clearly losing business to Redbox.
I believe BB are to have their DVD rentals at $2 for the first day, and $1 for every day thereafter, for new releases, and $1 a day for older releases.
Their boast, is that they will have twice as many films as Redboxes, with more copies of the top films. You'll also be able to reserve online (just like redbox).
