Kinda like you praying for Obama's family to struggle and be met with mayhem. What comes around goes around.

A Teachers union leader praying? Doesn't that violate the "Seperation of Church and State"?
Nevermind, I read the story, he was praying to his lord obama. Back to work.

Used to be part of your sig. you since changed it. Nice try hypocrite.
Ring a bell?
Let his days be few; and let another take his office. Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow. Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places. Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labor. Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favor his fatherless children. Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out. Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

Ah.
I knew it sounded brilliant, I just didn't remember saying it.
But, I took an oath to defend my country and Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic, and right now, he's one of our biggest enemies.

Since hypocrisy is "do as I say and not as I do", mind showing an example of where I did that?

You condone one mean spirited prayer voiced towards a Govenor while support another mean spirited prayer aimed at the President. Two wrongs do not make a right. Come on Gus I thought you were more intelligent then that.

You condone one mean spirited prayer voiced towards a Govenor while support another mean spirited prayer aimed at the President. Two wrongs do not make a right. Come on Gus I thought you were more intelligent then that. Once again: What was the purpose behind them? One to get rid of someone trying to destroy a nation (Obama), the other to get rid of someone who stood up for individual rights and liberties and protecting the poor (along with everyone else). The prayer is only a tool, just as a gun is only a tool. The use to which they're put is the action. The example that we're given in the Bible is that the prayer in question was to get rid of an evil ruler, with the underlying theme of being aimed at the ruler of this age (Satan). The prayer itself is not evil.

The prayer itself is not evil. Imprecatory prayer is a bad Judeo-Christian imitation of voodoo. It provides the moral legitimacy to extreme hatred. It's only slightly less offensive than Fred Phelps' antics. And just as vain.

It was worth it just to see El Gus make WWJD recite Bible verses.
C'mon Gus, do it again.

If El Gus will make WWJD recite Bible Verses I will make him do edits to correct his spelling, it'll be epic, it'll be hilarious, it'll be like Christmas coming twice this year.

Whatever <rolls eyes> Prayer is the ultimate non-action. Hateful people are not hurting anyone if they are somewhere on their knees making their mean little wishes. The more they pray the less time they have to DO mean things. Pray all day, please!

Pray 5x a day due east on a prayer rug. If not they go unanswered. Well all prayers do, but try it that way it might get you better reception.
