With ammo availability poor at best I figured there needed to be a thread just for when folks spot some in stock.
.357 Sig, 11 boxes at Signal Mountain walmart...also a good selection of 7.62x39

I have some spare .177 if you need it.
It's only a little bit rusty.

yeah that is why i no longer have any calibers in .357 sig and .45 acp. too expensive to shoot on a recreational basis. .40 S&W is not too bad on the pocket (if you can find any) and you dont loose alot of velocity and penetration. it is a smaller round than the .45, but if i have to shoot all 36 rounds im carrying on my person (+50 to 100 more in the car), then i need to go to the house.

Stopped by Big Daddys outdoors today and they still have a large selection of ammo. Some reloading equipment too.
You can call them you can purchase over phone then stop in to pic up. 1-877-498-9444 (256)495-9226

I was in Bass Pro Shop a couple of hours ago and they had a lot of empty spots on the shelves but they also had a good bit of ammo for .38SPC, .45ACP, .40S&W, .357Sig and a couple of others. I didn't see any 9mm. I did see a good variety of rifle ammunition. The handgun ammunition that they have seemed to be there in a variety of loads also.

American Classic Marksman is a good range in your general area and always have plenty of ammo. BPS seems to be geared more toward hunters IMO. Its a good indoor range.

American Classic Marksman is where my wife plans to take her firearms safety course. That is a very nice indoor range. We were in Discover Mills last night and I walked into BPS just to see what ammunition they had on the shelves.

wal mart has apparently imposed a 6 box limit on ammo...
I do not mind this b/c it will keep the hoarders & re-sellers from buying up all the ammo...
