My wager is a carton of smokes (or a gift certificate to the restaurant of you choice) that he walks, pretty much like everyone else, and goes about his bidness.
Any takers? ;D

If by chance he has to do any community service, I wonder if he will be allowed to do it at the Sheriff's Office. Go ahead and delete all my post if you want, kinda makes me feel good.

Twisted, you're making too much sense. Between Bowling alley assaults, loud parties at his place and runs to the liquor store where do you think he would find time? Maybe the Constitutional Officer can figure it out?

Twisted, sounds like you know Mr. Fulmer. Well let's see on May 26th on his his next court date.
I do know of Mike. I also know that he will have his day in court. I also know that on May 26th, you will be crying foul play again. You see Mr. Phillips, that date is on a Saturday so it aint gonna happen. You really need to check your facts. It appears that you to know of Mike Fulmer. It appears you have a personal vendetta against him and you are making him out as guilty before he has that date. I did not hear you crying over the fact that Hank Hill had his court date passed numerous times. Nor do I hear you making mention of the East Ridge Officer that left the scene of his accident at two thirty or so in the morning. So why don't you come out and let us know. did Fulmer arrest you, write you a ticket, or what?

Okay, okay, okay I was wrong on the date it is the 23rd. No I do not know Mr. Fulmer, only by his mug shot. It is the principal of this not who is right on here or not. Fact is he is or was a deputy and he should be held to a higher standard, he knows better than to drink and drive. You can not argue that and by your posts you make it clear he has loud parties and multiple trips to the local package store. I do know people that do know him though and I have heard the stories they have witnessed and drinking was a major one. I feel like what PM said on here about moving the dates and the bet that he walks but what are the facts about his state when he wrecked. Well we know he flipped his truck, the smell of liquor was present, broke some ribs and was arrested for DUI. So, why are you taking his side after all you said about the bowling alley and things for? He is/was a deputy if he is found guilty he needs to be fired or do you think it is fair that everyone he arrested for DUI be set free or removed from their personal record? At the end of the day he should have never put himself in that position and dishonored all the men who wear the uniform well.

That is not all fact. Let's break it down a bit: {FACT}he is or was a deputy {Opinion} he should be held to a higher standard {Speculation} he knows better than to drink and drive (This is alluding to him drinking and driving. For now that is speculation.) {False assertion} You can not argue that (You would be surprised what people can and will argue.) {Gossip} by your posts you make it clear he has loud parties and multiple trips to the local package store.

Wrong again. I never said anything about loud parties, runs to the package store or any of that. I am not taking his side. I am going to sit and wait, let him have his court date and move on. I still do not know though why you are so obsessed over this. As I did say, you did not or have not obsessed over the East Ridge Officer or the fact that Hank had his court dates moved or the fact that Hank after being found guilty did not have to pick up litter. So what is the obsession? Let him have his date, end of story.

We have been waiting on the date since it happened. Wonder if he is a friend of Jims???

So everyone who has a court date moved, is a friend of Jim's? Jim got a lot of friends. Dude, you really need to do some research on how the legal process works here.

Your right, how dare that I think there is any favors or the good ole boy things going on behind the scenes. I know Mr. Fulmer is such a good man too and that this is all a gray mistake. I bet he was on his way from a church meeting and someone must hve thrown a beer bottle at his truck causing him to flip it over. Wake up twisted your dreaming again.

Mr. Phillips, I don't know what Mr. Fulmer was doing that night that he wrecked his truck. I do know that he is going to have his day in court just like everyone else does. Court dates gets passed time and time again for everyone, not just Mike. It is the way the courts work around here so no he is not getting any special good old boy treatment. If anything, once this is done, it will be worse for him then the average citizen. You see, the average citizen can get a DUI have his court date passed multiple times and whether or not they or found guilty can keep their job and not have their name smeared all over the media. The average citizen will then be able to keep their job regardless of the out come of the case. I doubt this will be true for Mr. Fulmer, however, we will have to wait and see. According to you, Mr. Fulmer is a friend of Jim's because he is getting some sort of special treatment by having his court date passed. I guess that makes Jesse Matthews and Jim best friends. All the thugs, gangsters, killers and rapist that appear in court every day must be friends of Jim as they too have court dates passed. Go one day and sit in one of the sessions court rooms, they start at eight thirty, and count how many dates get passed. I will be waiting on your report on how many friend's Jim really has. In an earlier post you said that I mentioned loud parties and trips to the package store. Something I never mentioned nor do I have knowledge of. I will tell you that I had a loud party over the weekend. I mean it got absolutely ridiculous. By four in the afternoon, all the kids left and I must admit, I went to the closest package store, bought some Crown Royal, came back home and had a couple of drinks. I am a bad bad boy I guess according to you. With that being said, next week, if you got the date right, Mr. Fulmer will be in court. Maybe they will hear the case, maybe it will get passed, I don't know and really don't care. If it gets passed, you will again scream foul play, good ole boy, or maybe you will sit in a corner and cry, again I don't know. I, unless I read it on here or happen to see it in the paper will not give a crap.

Charge reduced to reckless driving due to BAC being thrown out. They could have fought it further but chose not to. Five days community service for a traffic violation. I wonder if he will be able to do it at the Sheriff's Office?

Well, maybe you did not see the verdict, Guilty and placed on probation. Why take the plea if you were not guilty, you must either be Mr. Fulmer or one of his kids, no one else would support this. Anyways, he has another court date in July. Stay tuned.

Innocent men get put in prison every day. You take the plea because you never know what a judge or a jury might do.

You are correct but I will add to it, that sober men with a history of drinking flip their trucks. Our town is just so lucky that the neighorhood kid that was riding his skateboard was in the house that day. I would much rather take a guilty plea to reckless driving instead of a murder charge. I am just wondering if Hammond will let him keep his job?

I would have taken the plea, too. Gotta figure the cost of probation is way cheaper then hiring a lawyer and risking seeing a biased judge.

And then you also have to wonder why the plea deal was offered if they had such a slam-dunk case of drunk driving against Fulmer. Plus, if he flipped his truck he may have been just accepting the charges he was guilty of. You usually don't flip your truck if you are driving safely.
