Under each name you'll see a number of colored stars. They actually mean something and are based on post count and/or staff position.
Red Stars are for Staff:
5 stars = Administrator 4 stars = Group Moderator 3 stars = Category Moderator
The rest are progressive for post counts. Everyone who registers gets a basic single star. Then as you post, you change colors and collect more stars.
1 green star = Regular (10 posts) 1 blue star = Full Member (100 posts) 2 green stars = Senior Member (500 posts) 2 blue stars = Forumite (1000 posts) 3 green stars = Full Forumite (1500 posts) 3 blue stars = Senior Forumite (2000 posts)
It's silly and doesn't really mean much, but hey... it's fun.

Your smite and exalt buttons go away for an hour after you smite or exalt someone. I.E., you can only do it once an hour.

And I am verging on loquacious, or a word similar to that anyway.

In another post, Scarlett asked what the stars meant so I've bumped the explanation.

I just have a green star..I've posted more than 10 times! I cry "foul"! Right, you don't get a bluey until you hit 100. It will be interesting to see which milestone I hit first: 500 posts here or 500 feedbacks on eBay, which will give me a red star, I think...
