Thursday evening, officers from the Chattanooga Police Department's Special Investigations Vice, Narcotics, and Crime Suppression Units worked in an undercover capacity to approach suspected prostitutes to see if a "date" could be made.
Undercover officers targeted the East Lake, Rossville Blvd, and Highland Park areas, and ended up arresting eight women ranging in age from 33 to 58.
