I was in a car wreck in Georgia. Can anyone recommend a competent lawyer that can be trusted?

Unless you were seriously injured your best bet is to negotiate your settlement with the insurance company yourself. Document your expenses and your loses and add a reasonable amount for your inconvenience and pain and you should be able to easily come to a settlement with them yourself..

These people are right. If you had committed a murder, Bobby Lee Cook, Skip Paty, or Jerry Summers are good. Your best bet is to handle it yourself.

Usual is 3x your gross medicals. My daughter in law was in an accident last month and we negotiated with insurance company for $4,500 settlement, which was a little bit more than a friend who is an insurance adjuster told us to take as bottom line.
