Went for darts Wed. night. Decent burger and shoestring French fries.

First place I ever had 'chicken fries' at, back in the Day.
If you like the food, you'll love the owner.

Does the carpet still go "squisch," with every step you take as you walk around?

Mr. Mayo is a great guy, whether you like the food or not.

The H and I will probably end up there sooner or later ... we drive past that and Mac's Pub several times a week. Forget which, but there is ALWAYS a motorcycle parked out front.

Mac's isn't bad, and has the advantage of being without staggering distance of Casa Poole. I like bars to can be graced without the need for motorized transportation.

Mac's burger isn't that bad either. Not as good as Mayo's though. The dart boards are in a weird place, but still not to bad.

*racking over-aged brain cells*
Didn't Mayo's start out as "Leonard's Too," allegedly as a temporary home until the renovated Leonard's could re-open at its original location?
Leonard's never did re-open. *cries*

It's part of the 'mystique'.
