Not sure about dwelling on it, but acting on it would be a fancy way of committing suicide!

Sin is an act that separates you from God. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There is none without sin, no not one. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. All of Romans Chapter 8. Grid is conveniently using his OWN standard as his measure. I believe you should use GOD'S standard, as spelled out in the Bible. (BTW, there are NOT hundreds of possible interpretations of the Bible. The different "versions" are merely somone's personal preference of speaking English. Having had 2 years of Greek, I can tell you that there are 2 or 3 translations for SOME words, but when TAKEN INTO CONTEXT, there is always a correct one. How you PERSONALLY FEEL about what the Bible says is a whole different story.)

The more I think about it, sin is what is wrong as defined by a religion. Outside of a religion it is pretty much meaningless.
To recognize sin you have to accept a definition of sin. Of course different religions/sects define sin differently. This just leads back to the old paradox of which is the right religion. You can't say 'the Bible' because there are so many interpretations of that book.
As I know of no objective way to choose one sect over another, I've got no way to choose a definition of what is sin over another.
So...
Is it possible to go a day without sinning? Depends on your definition.
Can you define what sin is? I can't. I'll just sit this game out and deal with the consequences when I croak.

A Christian walks up to God and asks, "God, how many sins did I commit?" God says, "I don't remember."

But many would expect the answer "I lost count"
I just try to be the best bug I can be. When I stumble I just try to do better. Calling anything a sin won't help make me a better bug tomorrow...
