By Randall Higgins Cleveland Bureau CLEVELAND, Tenn. -- A groundbreaking ceremony Friday launched the construction of an $800,000 athletic facility at Lake Forest Middle School funded by businessman Toby McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie said some of the money was what he earlier had pledged to Central High School in Hamilton County and then withdrew. "Chattanooga Central blew it. I had it for them. Now I'm giving it to you guys. That's exactly where it went," Mr. McKenzie said as he and Bradley County officials posed for photos. "I try to help as many as I can," Mr. McKenzie said. "Sometimes any businessman has a cash flow problem. ... Sometimes I got it. Sometimes I don't."
