There's only so many times you want to hear "On the Road Again".

the concert @ the ballpark w/ Willie & Dylan was a couple of the worst live performances I've ever seen
the weather didn't help anything either but they both absolutely sucked,... especially Dylan

One bad concert does not a bad band make - hell, in the case of Ozzy, a decade of bad concerts...

I went to Willies website and there is a video of his new song "Gravedigger". He sounds awful. I can't imagine how bad he must be live.

Well, damn, I guess I should never go see a concert again...
Well, after Spinal Tap / The Folksmen in Atlanta, anyway.

Dylan and Nelson are known for being horrible live (at least to the people I know). Even my parents have told me this forever. They've seen Dylan a few times and have always said the same thing- better on cd, horrible live. There is a difference between having an off night and not ever performing well at all.

Weird, you'd think word would get around and he'd never be able to sell a show.

Or people just don't care because they just want to see him. There are a lot of people who go because they want to see a "legend" in person. He has fans that want to see him. Personally, I don't want to pay for a horrible show regardless if I'm a fan or not. And again, it was my personal opinion of the opener. Also, he's fine on CD. I'm just definitely not impressed with him live. edit: Thought I would clarify that I have seen him more than once.

I saw Willie once almost 30 years ago. I thought he gave a very good show. I will, however, admit I was drunker than Ol' Cooter Brown.

One bad concert does not a bad band make - hell, in the case of Ozzy, a decade of bad concerts... Ozzy rules! Of course, it's been about 9 years since I've last seem him live, but still....

That would have been about 2000. The decade I'm referring to was from about '85 to '95. He's cleaned up quite a bit since then.
