Whats the deal with that big,perfectly sculpted grass hump that's sits over by Cherokee Blvd,and Market?
Is it just a left over from construction,or is this what we now call "art"?

That "hump" is supposed to be an artistic rendition of the old Cameron Hill before it was leveled. (At least that's what the sign says that is posted nearby.)
