Streets (and the streets that feed into them) associated with intractable prostitution:
Willow St
23rd St
Main St
Rossville Blvd
38th St
Don’t know about East Chatt & the Tunnel Blvd area, but those areas must have their share…
And then there’s Chattanooga’s history with advertized “escort” services where housewives & others turned tricks for extra cash without having to hit the streets …..

Main St -- that's how this started out -- the gentry moving in doesn't conform with the omni-pressense of crack ho's, pimps & drug dealers who feel entitled to ply their trades on the same streets where the newbie bourgeoisie want to play ... that's why Main St is an "adventure" for all concerned.

Having arrested more than I care to remember....you don't WANT to find any 'ho's in Chattanooga. More than 90% have HIV, Hepatitis or BOTH.

I've been asked to party at the corner of 23rd and Dodds by what I think was a man in a mini skirt and top. I think it was a man but it could have been a woman with a very deep voice and a bulge in a certain area. |
