Jeremy has decided that he wants a divorce.....which is OK with me, until I found out the other reasons for the divorce......lets just say he felt the urge to not wait till he got home off the road to get him some.......I need a good lawyer....... Someone who will represent me!!!!!!!

I am still in school, and was only working part time, I am back out of work (on dr's orders) and may not be able to go back as a customer service rep......

I am moving on from this nightmare.....but still want to see what my options are and speak with an attorney.........any advice will help as I have NEVER been through this kind of things before....

Oh and just so you know I stood up for all of you with him!!!!

TN yes...but were filing the paperwork ourselves, dont know if that is the smart thing to do or not.......but it is going to be the easiest........thanks everyone for your encouragement.....

As a guy I can't believe that I'm suggesting this, but the one Hamilton County attorney who put fear into the heart of any poor schmuck who thought he'd get away with everything in a divorce was Selma Cash Paty. Don't know if she's still around, but find someone like her and that putz will be lucky to walk out of the courtroom with his Fruit-of-the-Looms intact.

I used Paty one time and she did nothing for me. And this was about 20 years ago. She lost her touch a long time ago. Since there are no children it should not cost you a whole lot. Good luck and sorry for you hurt.

Thanks guys....I am actually happier right now then I have ever been.......except for the fighting when he is home on the weekends...but hopefully now that he has a girlfriend in Arkansas, he won't be home as much!!!!!!
