A few years ago, I asked forumites for their music suggestions for a Halloween special to broadcast on the WAWL. It turned out to be a three-hour show including the history of Halloween. I think it's pretty good, but of course I'm biased. So if you're poking around on the web then, tune us in at the WAWL on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. eastern time. If you miss it, it'll run again at 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

Hopefully you include Rob Zombie and Type O Negative.

Yoder...About 40 years ago I got an LP recording of the "War of the Worlds" broadcast by Orson Welles. For many years I played the record on Hallowe'en night while enjoying a few Adult Beverages. (Forty years ago it was more of an Adult Smoke.) That program was so well done that it's still enjoyable. Don't know what the clearances are, but that would be a fun broadcast.
