So, I twisted my ankle. This means walking the dog on hills isn't really a good idea, but if it's flat I'm golden for a good while. Thing is, the flat place I'd otherwise go is off limits to dogs (namely, the Riverwalk) and dog parks aren't answering his urge to go for a WALK. So, anyone got some suggestions for locations to walk a dog that's pleasant and not too distant? My own current location doesn't afford much in walking options and requires a sprint across Signal Mountain Blvd (not a good thing right now) to get more than 5 minutes... which isn't near long enough to satisfy.
(sans twisted ankle, I already have solutions)

I believe Clark Griswald had the perfect dog walking solution in Vacation. LOL

If you have a fenced-in back yard, buy a cat. Let the dog chase it. I'm kidding. Chattanooga Nature Center? Reflection Riding? The walking trail along Chickamauga Creek by Eastgate. There is also a walk in Collegedale. Lots of flat places.
